Massachusetts Education and Law Awards (MELA)

The Massachusetts Education and Law Awards (MELA) will take place on Sunday, May 7, 2023 at the Boston

Marriott Burlington – One Burlington Mall Road – Burlington, Massachusetts beginning at 9:00 AM. The event

will honor the recipients of the Law, Justice, and Public Service Awards, as well as our scholarship recipients.

MELA Reservations

Reservations are priced at $40.00 per person and must be reserved (with payment) by April 14, 2023.

Seating is available on a first come, first served basis.Please contact the Grand Lodge of Massachusetts (617) 489-5234 or email pguida@osiama.org  no later than April 14, 2023. Paid reservations will be confirmed via email. (Note that there are no physical tickets for this event – seating is based on paid reservations).

Note that seating and meal contracts will be finalized with the host facility a week prior to the event, therefore ‘walk-ins’ will not be honored.

The public servants and scholarship recipients honored during this ceremony are shining examples of the hard

work and achievements characteristic of the Italian American community. The MELA Awards is a premier

opportunity to recognize the best and brightest of minds and encourage the interaction of our scholarship

recipients and their families with our accomplished leaders in public service. For the attendees and their families,

this event will be the most impressive that the Grand Lodge of Massachusetts has to offer.
