The Ambrose D. Cedrone Lodge # 1069 was instituted on December 3, 1920, as the Umberto Primo Lodge # 1069. The name was changed and chartered as the Ambrose D. Cedrone Lodge # 1069 on March 9, 1998. The Ambrose D. Cedrone Lodge owns its own building at 196 Adams Street in Newton, Massachusetts and the meetings are held on the third Tuesday of each month at 7:30 p.m. The Ambrose D. Cedrone Lodge has been a very active lodge and has always supported the Grand Lodge. It is also active in the City of Newton and its charitable endeavors are well known.
